When creating your custom menu, Chef Calle features the freshest, seasonal ingredients from local farms and artisans in New York and NJ whenever possible. His technique and presentation ensures your dishes impress your guests and create delicious memories.

After service is concluded, Chef Calle makes sure your kitchen is returned to its original spotless condition while you enjoy time with your guests.

  • Our chef service includes your Chef consultation, Personalized menu design, Grocery shopping and ingredients, preparation of your selected courses (plated or family-style), Kitchen cleanup.

  • Our current service area includes Manhattan and Northern New Jersey (Morris, Essex, Hudson, Bergen). Please contact us to inquire about additional service areas.

  • We will design a personalized menu for your special event. We accomodate all preferences including Paleo, KETO, Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-Free, and Kosher diets.

  • Chef Calle arrives at your home a few hours before your guests arrive with fresh, hand-selected ingredients. He prepares your custom menu in your kitchen using your cookware along with his own tools. He plates each course for your guests or displays the menu selections family style (your choice). After service, Chef Calle leaves your kitchen clean and orderly so you can relax and enjoy your time with guests.
